•The guest has proof of a medical condition.

•Cancellation of the trip to Miami.

•Cancellation of the tour from our company due to mechanical problems.

•Cancelation of the tour due to several weather conditions as a tropical storm or hurricane.

•No-show is not refundable.

•refunds will take between 5 to 10 business days.
